Tipperary District Court users should note an important administrative change taking effect this autumn. From 1 October 2026, the administration office for Tipperary District Court will move from Clonmel Courthouse to Nenagh Courthouse, affecting how enquiries, document filings and other court business are handled.
The Courts Service has advised legal practitioners, court users and other stakeholders to use the Nenagh District Court Office for all matters connected with District No. 8, County Tipperary, from the effective date.
Tipperary District Court administration moves to Nenagh
The change means that administrative work for Tipperary District Court will no longer be managed through Clonmel Courthouse. Instead, all relevant District Court matters for District No. 8 will be administered and dealt with by the office at Nenagh District Courthouse.
