Speaking about growing up between Glasnevin and Finglas, the Dublin comedian painted a picture of a loud kitchen table, four sisters, a watchful mam, and a family that left little room for secrets.
A comic voice shaped at home

He also spoke plainly about building a career at home. For years, he balanced stand-up with a developer job in Aviva’s IT department before taking the leap into comedy full-time in 2015. Plenty advised him to move to England. He refused.
